August 14

Today was a lazy day.
A boring Sunday in our house involves:
Breakfast
Church
Playtime with Daddy

Chris' swim goggles have become Caleb's "goo-goo goggles"

Mowing with the sprinkler. Who knows why.

Daisy got to lounge in the shade with Daddy.

Chris fed her a bottle of pumped milk so that I could nap. She tried to hold it herself! Big girl!

Also, when we wash Caleb's hands before meals, we sing the ABCs with him. You know, because the experts say that if you sing the ABCs, or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, or Happy Birthday, you'll have washed most of the germs off.

Today before lunch, I told Caleb that we were going to wash his hands, and he immediately began singing the ABCs. We had no idea he knew it! I was impressed enough to ask him to sing it again later in the day. He had pretty good results.

Not bad for a little boy who just turned two!
