Things that happened today:
Got Caleb on the bus
Took Daisy to school
MOPS
Picked Daisy up from school
Thought Lily would nap. Sucker.
Baked a potato peel pie for book club. (Not even kidding about this. It was partly delicious and partly tasted like feet.)
Chris had a late work event
Got the big kids ready for bed earlier than normal
Book club
That's a lot of stuff for me! Hence the late blog post.
But I did take a picture today. And in the midst of all the busy-ness, we found time for a family MarioKart session. Because why not?
(Lily had her own Wii-mote, but decided to chew on her hair instead. I have no idea why. But look at her darling bare feet! And look at Caleb's fierce focus! And look at Daisy, who wants desperately to play MarioKart but gets so frustrated that she keeps crashing into things, so she'll only play if someone else steers for her. She's definitely my child.
