The weather has been gorgeous lately, and Chris and I are trying our best to take advantage of every lovely summer evening we get.
That means dinner on the patio most evenings.
Caleb is happiest when we get to eat outside.
That doesn't mean he actually eats his food, but at least he's happy while he's not eating.
Daisy loves eating outside, too. Her favorite thing is to watch for birds while we eat. She makes sure we notice every one she finds.
Tonight we finished dinner early, didn't have much cleanup to do, and didn't have to do baths. That meant family bike ride time!
This girl loves her helmet!
She picked it up and scooted toward me, begging me to put it on her head.
How sweet is she?
(How funny is it to see my little girl dressed in pastel pink, with a pink helmet?)

Sometimes Daisy gets to ride in the seat up front with Daddy, instead of in the trailer with Caleb. She likes those rides a lot.
She's even learning to put her hands on the handlebars. What a big girl!
