I have been busy today, preparing for an evening away from the family (MOPS event) and the next morning away, too (ACT). In fact, I worked in the kitchen from 1:30-5:30 today.
Caleb and Daisy were mostly supportive of my endeavors, and napped and played happily while I worked. I was washing dishes when Caleb exclaimed, "Look, Mommy!"
I turned to see what he had drawn on the chalkboard wall, and found this:
Can you make it out? It's a whole row of Cs!
This boy has adamantly refused any instruction/guidance/practice I've offered him with letter-writing, and today he showed me that he can do it all by himself. He was so proud of his work!
