I was at the ACT all morning, but Chris and the kids had a lot of fun without me.
When we went to the library on Thursday to get prizes for the summer reading program, Caleb and Daisy qualified to enter a raffle for Cardinals tickets. The mail arrived the next day with letters for each of them, informing them that they had both won tickets! We needed one extra ticket for our whole family to go to a game, so Chris took the kids down to Busch Stadium to buy a ticket at the box office. They had so much fun exploring downtown!
That evening, Chris and I worked on staining the deck. It is a painful process, and I hate it.
But everything is better with him by my side, so I guess I can handle it.
