Chris took the day off work today.
Thank goodness, because it was busy! We spent the day cleaning, packing, road trip snack shopping, and visiting the library for car DVDs. Add in a chiropractor appointment for me, and a Cub Scout meeting for Caleb.
By the time the kids were in bed, the house was clean, the van was packed, the fridge was empty, and the coffeemaker was programmed to start brewing at 12:30 am.
The only sad part was that I had to throw away these lovely flowers that my mom clipped from the hedge in my back yard.
Florida, here we come!
